Dude — Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Dude is a social communication app operated by Inieta. We are committed to protecting children and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Dude and result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, or links.
• Grooming, sexualization of minors, or solicitation of sexual content from or involving minors.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or any facilitation of sexual exploitation of children.
• Use of the app by anyone under the minimum age stated in our Terms of Service.

2. Prevention and enforcement

• Users must confirm they meet our minimum age requirement to create an account.
• Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our moderation team.
• We remove violating content and terminate offending accounts as soon as we become aware of them.

3. In-app reporting

Dude provides in-app tools to report users, messages, and posts. Reports of child safety concerns are prioritized. Users can also report concerns directly to us by email at inieta.tech@gmail.com.

4. Reporting to authorities

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it, preserve evidence as required by law, and report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and cooperate with law enforcement requests.

5. Compliance

Dude complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where it operates, including CSAE/CSAM reporting obligations, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
